  • To carry on the business of manufacturer of and dealers in all kinds of papers, paper products, and articles made from paper and pulp including, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, fluting paper, card board, duplex board, corrugated paper, aminated paper, books board, Beemer board, straw board, millboard, tetra paper, chipboard, wall and ceiling paper, greaseproof paper, tissue paper, fiduciary paper and newsprint paper.

  • To exclusively, set up, install, own, manage, operate and run an industrial undertaking to manufacture all kinds of papers, paper products and to undertake all such activities as  are  concerned therewith or ancillary thereto;

  • To carry on the business of the growers, cultivators, planters, farmers, and dealers of bamboo,  corn,  hay,  straw, and other similar produce used in the manufacturing of paper,  paper products, and articles made from paper and pulp.

  • To carry on the business of packing and packing material and to undertaking by conversion of paper/paper board into the corrugated board, cartons and to due the process for printing box egg trays, fruit trays,   paper baskets,   flower pots,   ice cream cups,   disposable crockery,  utensils, and other allied items relating to packing to packaging material.

  • To carry on all or any of the business of manufacturing and printing of cartons,  packages,  specialized containers for various commodities, utensils, and other articles, printers, lithographers, type founders,  stereotypes,  electrotypers,  photographic printers,  photo lithographers,  chromo lithographers,  engravers,  die sinkers,  bookbinder, designers, draftsmen, paper and ink manufacturers.

  • To carry on the business as a manufacturer of paper cones and paper tubes and to produce top-quality flocked and grooved paper cones and allied products for packaging needs of textile spinning industries,   plastic industries,   carpet industries,   textile weaving industries, and all other industries using paper cones and paper tubes.

  • To carry on the business of printing and packaging of all kinds and descriptions and to produce top-quality corrugated items.

  • To own,   establish,   manage and   run   a   carton   boxes manufacturing  unit  of  all  kinds  and  packing  material  of  all  kinds including  poly  bags,  paper  tubes,  show  cards,  paper  cones,  plastic cones,  jute  bags,  cloth  bags,  paper  bags,  steel  containers,  plastic containers,  wooden  boxes,  stone  containers,  plaster  containers  and all other packing materials in Sri Lanka and all over the world.
    To carry on the business of printing and packaging of all kinds and  descriptions  and  to  cater  for  packaging  needs  of  confectionery, pharmaceuticals,  biscuits,  food,  cigarette,  soaps,  safety  matches, textile  industry  and  all  other  industries  using  solid  flexible  packing materials  like  paper  and  board  of  all  type,  corrugated  cartons, printed    cartons    and    wrappers    and    stickers    for    marketing, presentation and transportation of products solid or liquid.
